Prices |
| Our prices
are calculated in British Pound Sterling
and are inclusive with the exception
of postage and packaging. |

Jonathan Lloyd Jewellery strives
to despatch all off-the-shelf products
within 48 hours and achieve this
in just over 98% of cases. On despatch
we endeavour to e-mail all customers
with proof of despatch, containing
the order tracking number. Other
jewellery that requires any alteration
or modification; or forms part of
our gemstone jewellery range, where
a customer can choose a type of
gemstone to have set, requires up
to 14 days to despatch. All products
are posted by first class recorded
mail or special delivery, depending
on your selection, and will only
be sent to the shipping address provided
on the order form. All International
orders are sent by Signed For International,
a Royal Mail priority handling and
registered delivery service. A signature
will be required for receipt of
all purchases. Should any issue
arise with an unforeseen delay,
we promise to keep all our customers
informed and up to date.

orders will only be shipped once payment
has been received and cleared. Jonathan Lloyd
Jewellery accepts Visa, Mastercard,
Switch/Maestro, Solo cards (via PayPal), cheques and
UK postal orders. Please note that delivery
may be delayed with cheques and UK postal
orders due to the banking and clearing
of customer cheques. Please do not
send any cash in the mail to Jonathan
Lloyd Jewellery for any jewellery item(s).

We
charge £2.85 for first class
recorded delivery and £5.50
for special delivery Monday to Friday postage and packaging
within the UK and Channel Islands.
For overseas orders £6.85 will
be charged for International signed
for postage and packaging. No postage
and packaging will be charged for
purchases £40 and over within
the UK and Channel Islands. Purchases
outside of the United Kingdom could
be subject to import duty for your
Country. These fees remain the responsibility
of the customer. We advise you to
seek guidance from your respective
Customs Authorities prior to purchase. |

Cancellation
of Orders |
Once
an order has been placed and sent
through to Jonathan Lloyd Jewellery,
it may be cancelled at any time by
simply forwarding an e-mail to Jonathan
Lloyd Jewellery, quoting the order
number and requesting cancellation.
Should the item have been despatched
before cancellation was received,
the refund policy will apply. This
does not affect your statutory rights
as a customer. |

jewellery purchases, which include

payments, are made over a secure server
using industry standard encryption
technologies. Secure processing of
credit card payments are done by a
company called Protx
(a secure third party) who deal in
Internet card processing. We have
also added the PayPal
payment option for those who already
have a PayPal account or for those
who prefer the PayPal option. |
